Hi Everyone! Home from my gig at the J & M with Dr. Z and Sheldon. It is so much fun musically, soothes my soul. Anyway, I will have to post my blog posting tomorrow, because the scanner is down due to feng shuing the area where my printer is set up. So, nighty night. xooooxxo

Break Time

Hi Everyone. Just a quick not to say that I will post my poem and illustration tomorrow. My brother is leaving in the morning, so I need to get up early. I had my gig with Dr. Z and the MDs at the J & M in Pioneer Square. It is still musically a blast even though we had to turn down our volume. Today my son, brother, and I went for a three mile hike, then we took a ferry ride to Kington, I taught a lesson, and played a gig. I can't wait to get a chance to recharge my batteries. I'm in need of a good dose of spirituality.
I think I get a break this coming weekend. yeah!!!

Life is Full of Something

Hi Everyone. My body broke down and got sick today from working too much. Poor body. Wah! I'll have to make my posting quick so that I can get some rest. I taught some lessons today, and then I played a gig with Dr.Z & The MDs at the J & M in Pioneer Square. The band features Dr. Z on guitar and vocals and Sheldon Miller (my brother from a different mother) on drums, and of course yours truly on bass. I will soon post some new video links and photos from the recital to my music teaching site, www.lauriemillerteaching.com. Nighty night. xxoo
