Faces in the Dark
Hi, I know it has been awhile since I've posted, but I've been experiencing sleep deprivation (I can only sleep for two hour intervals) and I didn't want to write anything too whacky. I had a funny incident happen at my gig on Saturday. I was playing an outdoor party and my drink spilled on the power strip and blew all the power - amps, lights, etc. I had to run to my car and laugh. I know it really wasn't funny, but it was hilarious to me. Oh well. I'm making progress rearranging my back room so that I can fix my studio and finish my last three original songs and CD. Hopefully soon I won't have to play cover gigs anymore - yeah!!! I lost my drawing that I drew to compliment my poem, so when I find it I'll post it. Night night - or something like that. xxoo
Faces in the Dark
Faces in the dark
Like masks hanging
As works of art
Floating though galleries in my mind
A spell cast
To transport
My soul to another time
