doing things with my sister. Here is my hurried poem and illustration. My sister & I are off to more adventures and reminiscing.
Inside My Eyelids
Inside my eyelids
Life is strange in here
My thoughts buzzing around
And flinging themselves at me
Ideas crescendoing to
The forefront of the pack
Repetitive thoughts
Constantly attacking
Longing for a resting place
Sailing off to a new area
Causing mass destruction
Along the way
Everything is constantly changing
My cortex is no longer gray
